Biography

Maurício Ribeiro is a Brazilian composer, music producer, arranger and e multi-instrumentalist. He has released 3 CDs, and took part of many others from different artists by performing, arranging and producing.

He also works for Film and TV industries, in Brazil and Europe, collaborating with composer Lucio Godoy and Spanish film directors Alejandro Amenábar and José Luis Cuerda. Mauricio composed and produced the main title of "Cable girls" ("Las chicas del cable" in Spanish original), screened worldwide by Netflix; among other successful productions.

The artist holds a Master degree in Scoring for Film, TV and Video Games from Berklee College of Music (USA/Spain), and a Bachelor degree in Music Composition from Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG-Brazil).

Mauricio is currently based in Spain, where he promotes his most recent release "Sozinho e bem acompanhado" and keeps collaborating with artists from Europe, Brazil and USA.
